The original motor purchased only lasted a few months and started making grinding noises, the product is covered by a lifetime warranty and the seller/supplier wasted no time to get us a replacement that works great. Update: Unfortunately the second replacement bar only lasted a few months and is doing exactly the same as the original replacement, we'll see if they honor the lifetime warranty and send another replacement. As other reviews have noted the pinion gear is cheap plastic and shears teeth causing the unit to growl and not work which is definitely very annoying. Rating will be updated after item exchange or refund.
