The services offered by datanox are very flexible as they can take care of all your requirements pertaining entry tasks like transcribing legal documents etc., They also provide live chat support which is great when things get hectic or urgent work needs attention. I have not had any complaints about their overall service so far; however if there's anything that could be improved it would definitely mean better customer experience in terms of timely response time & quality/accuracy. We use them mostly for transcription but occasionally we make other entries too (like address details).
