GFCI Receptacle Tester features a large backlit LCD readout of voltage, and clear indication of wiring conditions. LCD readout shows the time required to trip a GFCI device. Patent pending detection of Open Neutral / Open Ground wiring fault. For use on 3-wire, North American 120V electrical outlets only. Non contact voltage tester's dual-range detects from 12 to 1000V AC or 70 to 1000V AC for a broad variety of low-voltage or standard voltage applications. Detects voltage with simultaneous visual and audible voltage indicators. Bright flashlight illuminates work area and may be used independent of voltage detection function.

Works as intended! Electrical

Pro: Missing wiring diagnosis. The GFCI check works great. Cons: You have to hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on.

Klien can't go wrong

Have been buying Klien tools for many years. This set was a great addition. I particularly like the non-contact voltage tester.

Voltage tester not working on arrival

Voltage tester NCVT-3P + flashlight arrived and not working. Yes I checked his batteries and they are fine. In addition, the GFCI tester works and is easy to use. So, one item works well and the other was overdone.

Electrician Birthday Gift

My son is a newbie on the road to becoming a licensed electrician, he was so excited to get this replacement tester and especially the one with a built in flashlight! He helped me fix sockets and switches and had his crush on my Klien flashlight tester so his birthday was coming up and I knew what to get him! We both love these gauges! I've had trouble with Joes but be careful not to drop them I heard!
