I bought a size 5.5 for my 16 month old son who is 21lbs which fits perfectly with Carter's size 5 boots. These Adidas don't take into account how round the baby's feet are at the top. Even if he only wears them for 15 minutes, when I take off his adidas there is a big red imprint on his foot. Also, they fit snugly on the toes. I'm glad I didn't buy a size 5 otherwise it wouldn't fit.
