Review on Mippo by Anthony Watkins

Due to the fact that I purchase very frequently online, I have encountered both positive and negative interactions with a variety of online retailers. Unfortunately, my most recent encounter with Mippo was one that can only be described as horrible. I made a few purchases from the women's clothes part of their store, including a dress, some shoes, and some jewelry, and I can honestly say that I have never regretted a purchase more than I do those goods. To begin, the duration of the shipment was far longer than anticipated. The delivery was supposed to take place within seven days, however it took almost a month for them to provide me the items I had ordered. I was required to constantly getting in touch with their customer service, which was a complete and whole ordeal. They did not respond to my messages and were of no assistance, which made my frustration level much higher. When my order did finally come, I discovered that the things were of a poorer quality than I had anticipated. The dress I received did not at all resemble the image that was displayed on their website. The material was of terrible quality, the construction was substandard, and the sizing was absolutely inaccurate. Both the shoes and the jewelry I received were extremely uncomfortable, and the jewelry appeared to be of poor quality. I was in utter disbelief. Mippo's return policy is a farce, which is just adding salt to injury. They cited the fact that the things had been worn and were no longer in a resalable state as the reasoning behind their refusal to give a refund for the products. How could I have possibly gone out in public wearing a dress that was so ill-fitting and did not at all like the one pictured on their website? It was a patently obvious falsehood. In summary, my experience with Mippo was nothing short of a living nightmare. Because of the bad quality of their customer service, the low standard of the products they sell, and the absurd conditions under which they accept returns, I will never recommend this company to anyone. Warning to people who shop online: Mippo should be avoided at all costs.
