I chose this bag after doing some research and thought I had chosen a comfortable one. I just received it, haven't used it yet and will probably send it back. The dimensions were probably correct (it was stated as 9.65 feet and the height of the usable area does not actually exceed 8 feet), but in the first place I was wrong in the pictures: it is really very very tiny, hardly exists something fits inside. . Maybe a wallet, a phone, that's all. Somehow I was under the impression that it was a bit larger than other underseat panniers, but it really isn't. It's basically as small as a regular seat. The quality of the material looks great, I haven't used it but I'm sure it will last. It might go with one of those very light pocket jackets, but that's about it. I was hoping to fit a couple of apples or a sandwich and a light jacket, but it's really too small for that. Here is his photo showing the exact measurements: the bottom is 3 inches (about 8 cm) and the height of the usable area is 8 inches (about 19-20 cm). I put my size 37 (6.5) shoes next to it and a bike seat to give an idea of how small it is. Usually pockets in this design can stretch, but that doesn't happen because the clips don't have the ability to stretch. I would say this is a great but very small bag for small items.
