Review on ZXFLTC Equipment 20 Resistance Rope Boost Basketball by David Ross

Bought this for my 9 year old goddaughter to start agility training before she starts playing soccer in the fall. Since she is not yet old enough to be vaccinated against Covid 19, she does not have to go out often. So she can have fun in the garden in summer. There are instructions for various exercises, very helpful if you need ideas on what to do with the equipment. The small orange flat cones are set up in the backyard as stations for various activities, not as suggested on the sheet. Setting up the Agility Ladder was pretty easy. It seems like it could be left in the backyard to save time setting up before each use. I tried rubber bands and I liked that there is a different tension for each color. expensive, but there are more expensive ones. Most items came with small drawstring pouches for storage when not in use. There is a large large zippered pocket that can fit everything, which is very convenient for travel. Overall I am very happy with this set. Haven't used it for long so can't comment on durability. I'll update if it doesn't last until summer.
