When it arrived I loved it and tried to install it. There were several major problems that I had never encountered before. First big. The hot water handle has a large nut that you screw in under the counter to secure the faucet. It won't last. There were a few small bumps on the threads. I spent three tedious hours trying to turn them off and finally secured both taps. I then tried to attach the Y-hose connecting both faucets to the spout. Every time I turned on the water, that connecting brace blew splashes of water everywhere. It stays unbound. I sent a complaint to the seller who never saw the need to reply or reply. Spend your money elsewhere because this is just a piece of junk!
