This Walker CalCat is approximately 1/4 inch shorter than the OEM catalog. I have an aftermarket pipe before and after the catalytic converter so I can fit them without any problems. Other Miata NA owners with OEM pipes will have trouble installing these. Also you will need two new gaskets and stainless steel bolts and nuts to install this so there is no exhaust leak so this is a 4 start Review. Walker The CalCat is well made and comes with a reasonable warranty and 50 states of legal smog is a good price. However if you don't know what you are doing this is not a typical bolt on replacement, you can do it yourself.
