I had no idea I was getting all this when I ordered this mop! While I thought I was getting a highly rated regular steam mop, I got a multi-purpose tool for the whole house! It comes in parts that are very easy to assemble. When you want to start mopping, simply plug in the handles at the top and the mop head at the bottom. Fill the container with water using the included handy pre-marked measuring cup. Attach the mop head by simply placing the mop on top and it attaches with Velcro. Press the power button, wait about 15 seconds, and the steam will start to escape! When you're done, you can place it on a stand to cool and dry without ruining your floor! and add an accessory adapter along with the accessory you want to use. There are many hard brushes for different spots you might want to clean, as well as a window cleaning tool, scraper, ironing brush and more! As you can see from my photos, I cleaned my son's bathroom first. I scrubbed the floor, including the one next to the toilet, and then brushed the edges of the toilet with a flat brush. He did such an amazing job and was so easy! One of my favorite things, as you can see from the first picture, is that it still stands! It snaps upright so I don't have to worry about it falling! I highly recommend this mop as it is so much more than just a mop!
