Normal shirt, but runs a bit big and therefore not "compressing "
The material is comfortable, but no compression. I'm 6ft 1in, 170lbs, 38" bust, and the large fits like a regular, loose fitting, long sleeve t-shirt with no "compression". I wore it as a base layer during the day in 40 degrees and given it's size corresponding, there was not the extra warmth that I was hoping for.
