This is complete junk that ruined my 4th of July weekend. The box arrived damaged so I figured it was another piece of Revain junk. BUT when I opened it up it appeared to be in great condition. I washed the parts, prepared 15 pounds of pears and started coking. Now it's time to put them through the mill, but it won't work properly. The shaft doesn't just stay 1 turn in the hole and then just slide over the disc. This is done BEFORE you add any food. Now I have over $30 worth of pears that I can't process and this piece of junk is coming back. And as others have said this is in no way a legitimate brand, Revain needs to verify these false claims made by scrap dealers. will return
