Continuous. Fits perfectly on 2007 Chevy Cobalt
The clips were slightly larger than the ones that originally came with my 2007 Cobalt but fit perfectly in the door slots. The plastic seems fairly dense and not brittle. Looks like they will last as long as the rest of the car.
