I am very disappointed in you. I was going to wait and write a review until I had used them for a while and it turned out to be a smart move as they definitely didn't meet my expectations or basic needs. I'm an embroiderer so I've only used them to trim a small amount of thread and yet they fade after a few months of use. so much so that extra force is required to cut through simple threads. Although I kept my pair in a leather holder in a plastic tool box, the tip of my scissors was somehow bent. Of course I did something to bend the tip but my concern is that they could be damaged so easily. Yes they were cheap but actually I probably used them less than average and yet after a few months I had to replace them entirely. They are physically beautiful but in terms of durability and actual functionality they are very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them for any purpose, unfortunately.
