The phone is packed with features. Supports all major and latest networks (I use LTE on an AT*T network with FreedomPop). Features: - The screen is very bright. I can't adjust the slider higher than about 1/2 without lighting up the whole room. - Good speakers - Controls are simple and work well - Rubber doors are easy to use. I believe that without seals there can be no "waterproof" phone. makes connecting the charging cable a bit cumbersome. That brings me to my next point. - The USB port is a standard MicroUSB, not USB3, which would solve the problem of cable connection as there is no up/down orientation for the plug. - The "housing" is built into the phone. I call it a plus. The material of the phone feels comfortable. has a rubbery feel. - 3 gigabytes of RAM (good compromise). Phones with 1Gig or less are now practically useless. 2GB is the base level. 3 seems like a worthy upgrade. 4 It would be nice. but really. 3GB is enough for 99% of us - 16 gigabytes of onboard storage. a base level of. at least not 8. I would go for 32, but 16 isn't too bad either. - The camera takes good pictures. in weak and strong light. in increasing or decreasing shots. all round good Cons - Slow charging of the battery. even on "turbo" chargers. The internal circuitry doesn't seem to recognize the extra power available - the phone is a bit heavy. It feels "rugged" given its shock/drop rating. but it seems harder than it should. I guess it's personal preference - the SIM/MicroSD card tray is very flimsy. I was very afraid of breaking it.
