I was looking for a protein powder for post-workout recovery. I have used whey protein in the past but found it difficult to digest and caused upset stomach. I know that whey is based on milk protein, which is difficult for the body to digest. So I wanted a non-dairy product that was organic. I've only been using the product for a few days, but I don't have any digestive problems. This is a vegan product made from 100% organic peas. As I continue to use the product in conjunction with my workouts I hope to see lasting results.
