either I've been caught with bad batteries or everyone who has posted reviews is lying. Even at the second potency, my arms and hands were being beaten to death trying to suck up the cat food around the bowls and litter. Not powerful. The corner is terribly heavy for your hands. Garbage! He comes back. I am very disappointed as I bought based on the good reviews. I'm going with Bissell.
