I like these spatulas for their sharp, tapered edges. They are excellent for easy penetration under food. For example: coming under eggs or pancakes in a pan. The long ones are very suitable for grilling. My problem is durability. In general, stainless steel is too thin. I've had these for almost six months now. Although I don't use them daily, I use them several times a week. In short, moderate but not heavy use. Yesterday the handle broke off under constant pressure. Mind you, I'm scraping eggs out of a stainless steel pan and I'm not removing floor tiles or roof tiles. The quality of construction is just not there. But I only paid 18€. Lesson learned.
