The black ribbon around the neck makes the item too small to be worn over the head - the neck size seems to be anywhere between the items ordered. The colors are on this way!
- Nice and easy to wear with a halter top at the bottom. I really like this top.
- Poor stitching and construction can cause garments to fall apart after a few wears.
