Great way to ruin a knife
Made a small scratch on one of my Kikuichi knives. It's a great life lesson for all kids: sometimes it only takes nine bucks to ruin a craft knife. This confirms why almost every crappy restaurant and useless chef with a crappy attitude uses Mercer. This is the only knife I will put on my plate.
