Used on: 2017 Subaru Forester with roof bars and cross bars. Attaches to the crossbars after placing the supplied rubber mat underneath. Packed every cubic foot of space and was easy to close. Traveled 1900 miles in 10 days, stopping every 2-3 days to offload a car bag for camping along the way. The straps stayed fairly tight between stops, but as with all car toppers, it's important not to travel far to re-tighten after packing, as items move around a bit. In general, VERY satisfied! Velcro straps could be stronger. This is my only pseudo complaint. At a retail price of $99 I have little to complain about perfection considering how fantastically it performed in every other respect. No breaks or problems with zips along the way, and the zips can be blocked with a luggage or large lock due to the width of the holes. Easily cleaned of bugs when I got home too. Topper storage bag is ok, could be a bit more durable.
