Not ideal for SFX painting. Sad. I buy both and the consistency and ease of application is a little tight. After all, this is a grease based paint, it can be good for those trying to look like a cute cat girl bunny costume, but some artistic moves with this paint are a bit limiting due to its opacity and ease of application. If this is your last resort and you are on a budget, use this color to the best of your ability, recommend a primer, set the powder before application and you will need multiple coats. In the photo I tried using yellow for my sugar skull teeth and it was fine. I used the rest more than once. highly recommended.
