Bought this shoe to support and adjust diabetics to keep foot from slipping forward and toes from banging the edge of the shoe. This shoe and the velcro didn't work the way I wanted it to. Was in hospital when I arrived and was only able to try them on once. I missed my return time due to my hospitalization. I'm 80 years old and I want my money back because I really need it. Can you make an exception to return the shoes? Original packaging and box.
