Bought this shoe to support and adjust diabetics to keep foot from slipping forward and toes from banging the edge of the shoe. This shoe and the velcro didn't work the way I wanted it to. Was in hospital when I arrived and was only able to try them on once. I missed my return time due to my hospitalization. I'm 80 years old and I want my money back because I really need it. Can you make an exception to return the shoes? Original packaging and box.

These shoes fit well and look good. They are listed as sneakers but are great for casual evening wear. This is really a very wide (5E width) shoe that I need.

I bought these for my 90 year old father who can't tie his laces easily anymore. He also wears orthopedic insoles. They fit perfectly and he loves wearing them.
