What a surprise! To be honest I had low expectations. But it works great! I'm a frustrated old phone user who is fed up with constantly accidentally pressing his snout or other things with his face/ear on the phone screen. Bluetooth setup was easy. A USB cable was included but it was very short so I bought a longer one. This is not a standard type, I had a million at home so you can check if you have it. The phone is the same size as a standard handset at the time. The feel is similar to silicone, but without any flexibility. I tested it on family members to make sure the other end of the cable didn't sound as bad as people were talking on the speakerphone. They say it sounds exactly the same on their site. Its worth it!
