Gates pumps are usually very good. After figuring out how much I would have to pay to have this pump replaced, I searched the internet and found how easy it was. The original pump lasted 140,000 miles so I hope this pump will last another 100,000 miles. The pump was placed in a square box, which was quite unusual for a pump of such an unusual shape. You'd think Gates would at least size it up. This was on a 2008 Toyota Sienna, no shipping issues with the product or the gasket that came with it. If you do it yourself, remember to clean the gasket contact surface before installing the new pump. Would buy again.
