Great bands!: my feedback

I take classes at a gym and we’ve started to incorporate resistance bands into our work outs so I wanted to get some so I could also use them at home. These bands are perfect! The ones I use at the gym are rubber so they tend to roll and slide and pull at my skin, they’re just not very comfortable. Not these! Since they’re fabric, they stay in place and don’t roll, they’re so much better. I love that they also come in three different sizes which allows you to have more or less resistance. They have a little carry pouch included as well so storage is a breeze. Definitely recommend them!
