UPDATE 05/06/20: The manufacturer/seller saw my review and contacted me straight away. They regretted that one of ours was broken and wanted to fix it. They asked if we would mind getting a new pair of walkie-talkies and sent them straight away. I am very impressed with the customer service and the new walkie talkies work great. Definitely a great purchase with quality customer service to back it up. We are very happy. Original Review: We bought these walkie talkies to use when skiing and hiking as sometimes we are away from our kids and need to reach them. As for walkie talkies, I love them! They are easy to use and work great! Our guys can operate them easily - the only problem we have is that there are a lot of settings and channels and sometimes they accidentally press the button and it's a bit difficult to go back. I'm sure it's just a learning curve in many ways. One thing that was really unfortunate is that one of the walkie-talkies doesn't charge. We haven't used it much since we just got it so I think it might be defective or something. All others show a battery icon while charging, but this one doesn't. It turns on for about 5 seconds and then turns off again - probably because it's not charging. That disappointment aside, we really like the product itself, the straps that come with it, and the 3-in-1 charger. If all 4 radios worked as they should this would be a 5 star rating.
