I like the arch support. you can feel it immediately. I bought a pair of size 10 which would have been a regular running shoe but they were too loose from toe to toe. My leg was moving and the healing section was very annoying. The return of these I bought another pair in a size 9.5 which fits better front to back but feels a little tight compared to other Ultra GOsize 10 sketchers I own. They go well with thick socks. You can try thinner socks for Go Walk size 9.5. I will update this in the future if I keep them.
