Part 1: Just arrived review:I checked to see if batteries in the transmitters required the removal of plastic. Both batteries in each transmitter were engaged. Yes, there are two batteries per transmitter. This part is NOT clear in the OEM instructions or ads. Also, the instructions claim disclaimer: installer should be an electrician.Part 2: UPDATED (20190805) Picture attached shows insufficient room for wire connection penetrations if using the "black" enclosure. Also, you should understand the concepts of Cathode and Anode to properly install the R121A. If you plan to only use one remote, you may wish to remove the batteries from the 2nd remote to prolong the battery life.Part 3: UPDATED (20190807) There is a power light attached to the receiver's circuit board. The power light and the other "signal" light that is also attached to the circuit board is a waste since you cannot normally see either light since the enclosure covers both lights. Changed star rating from 3 to 4 dues to overall quality and "simple" install.Part 4: (TBA ) After several weeks evaluating durability.
