Missing pump parts, very large, pay attention to space. Although it dries well

First, the 50 liter version is quite heavy. I am a male of average height, slightly above average strength, but the weight is quite large for me, so it will probably be difficult for many people. Raise the team if you can. I climbed this thing up 4 flights of stairs only to find that the pump inlet hose was missing (it's not just a hose, it's a plastic retainer that allows it to snap into the cube). Two more drain hoses were included but it was a huge disappointment to pay more for the larger version just to get the pump and the pump didn't work. When they spoke to support, at first they didn't know about the inlet hose, and then they said it should be included (obviously - it's mentioned in the instructions, in the Midea installation video, and there's a picture of a printed cube on the page asking to attach it before starting work). In the end the customer service chat said they found the part but it won't be available for 6 months (maybe that's why they sent it without it), and sent it back. . Called customer service, they were so far away and couldn't identify the part. I suspect many don't return it because it's too cumbersome due to the weight. 4 flights back down. It dries well, but it's huge. Measure your space. I just order the smallest and buy my own pump
