Tripp Lite's customer service is great!

We have two Tripp Lite KVM switches. entry level and this one. Both work great with no problems. Worth checking: Our technician accidentally damaged the KVM video cable. It is not possible to order it anywhere, so we contacted Tripp Lite support. Although there was no guarantee they sent us a replacement free of charge including shipping. Highly recommended!
