A great platform if you want seamless integration between Analytics and Business Applications
The software is easy to install & configure for new users or existing customers who are looking forward towards advanced analytics with Python language support in their business application like SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform. This product has helped me build predictive models using python which can be integrated into our ERP systems such as Sage 100 CRM (SAP) Sales Data Hub. I am able to extract insights from my sales transaction history of different customer profiles & apply them across various other modules within an organization, so that we could have better decision making capabilities.
Pros
- Easy installation / configuration
- Useful data mining features available through PySpark framework.
- Great community resources both online at Stack Overflow forums
- PowerShell scripts integration via.ps1 files works great!Cons : There's lot more improvement required especially when it comes down comparing performance metrics between Spark SQL vs Databricks sparklyr
