If I spend $150 on a headset, I expect the headset to last more than 8 months. Initially, the headset worked well. For the past few days I've been able to hear people perfectly, but they either can't hear me or my voice is breaking. So now they are completely useless. The range has never been very good with this headset either. I always hear others when I move away from the computer, but my voice starts to crack when I move more than 15 or 20 feet away.
