Review on IJDMTOY Marker Bulbs High Power by Napoleon Robbie

These headlights are not bright at all, I can barely see on the dark road and I have to turn on the high beams and they help hardly. Is it legal? I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets into an accident because it doesn't shine. This is a pending lawsuit. Also, the lamp is too long and the cap/seal that prevents water from entering the lamp cannot be reinserted into the lower beam housing, allowing water to enter and fog the whole thing up. . It took me 45 minutes to an hour for each page, so how do I get my money and time back? These suck!
