I have no idea how it works. The instructions are useless, show bad photos and almost no words. All parts came disassembled and a ridiculous amount of parts. Neither I nor the mechanic nor the plumber could figure it out. Rube Goldberg device. Are you saying that nobody associated with this company can give decent instructions?
