Product was fine. only one problem It should be pre-assembled. It's not like this. There were no assembly instructions included. I had to go to You Tube to find a similar product to illustrate. After much frustration I was able to assemble and install it on my car.

I have no idea how it works. The instructions are useless, show bad photos and almost no words. All parts came disassembled and a ridiculous amount of parts. Neither I nor the mechanic nor the plumber could figure it out. Rube Goldberg device. Are you saying that nobody associated with this company can give decent instructions?

My husband is an engineer, he spent over an hour between instructions and video tutorials. I had to buy 2 sets because. My car has a clutch. Once they were clarified, establishing them was not difficult. They work great! What frustrated me is that the instructions say someone with mechanical knowledge (or similar) should assemble/install them.

I am very mechanical and very good at assembling. In most cases no indication of direction. In this case it couldn't. And the instructions didn't help. The spacers sent did not fit the accelerator pedal. Just not a good experience. They should come assembled and then you can fit them to the pedals. I sent them back and would not recommend receiving them.

So this article is completely disassembled and has no INSTRUCTIONS. Place the already assembled item on the brake and accelerator pedal. I have other Hella parts and pictures in the manual and this addon doesn't show how the gas pedal is attached. The brake was easy to assemble and understand based on the assembly pictures. That.
