I literally spent more time drying my hands than installing the part afterwards. Also, my clamp was hard to maneuver on the old part so I just crushed it with pliers. After that I came right away and when you put the new part on it snaps into place. A simple female tube on top of the male part. $70-80 at AutoZone, this one was $80-something but halved. Even arrived a day early. Also just before the big vacation! (one week)
