Review on ClinicOffice by Michael Nard

I like that it is easy to use, it has good customer service and support, and it meets my needs well. No problems so far! We started using this product three years ago when our previous one stopped working (outdated). This new version looks great, works really well, and we are very happy with it. It met all of our expectations at first. Then after about six months or so, an update came out which broke some things. The staff was not able to fix those items in time or quickly enough. So we had to revert back to what used to work before. But they did give us another option if we wanted to go ahead with their other products. Just be aware that you will need more than just the basic plan. You can purchase extra features as needed but expect to pay quite a bit up front. And make sure there isn't something better already available. If you are looking for a system that makes scheduling.
