The ease of use, customer support is second-to-none! I love that it allows me to track all aspects of my inspections and reports so easily at one place. Also, their team are always there to help if you need them. Nothing at this point but we also have not met any issues yet. Highly recommended for large projects or companies working in multiple locations around Australia. It has been very easy to set up across our sites as well as integrate other systems like QuickBooks. So far no problems using the product. We can now see everything related to an inspection at once, from date/time to photos, etc., which was previously difficult to keep tabs on. Reporting requirements were made easier by implementing Smart Inpection's reporting system via Xero. This has helped us be more efficient by streamlining workflows.
