I ordered a 5-pack. They arrived as expected and with enough screws. They do seem solid an able to carry the extra weight of my wife's cast iron pans and cooking pots.But there were no directions on how to install. I am smart enough and got the first two installed no problem.But I put them in perfectly level, and there is no "self-close" system (even the cheap drawer slides that have the simple down angle at the end that keeps drawers closed - not to be confused with "soft-close" drawer slides), so they have a tendency to bounce out a bit if you are not extra careful when closing the drawer.I wish I installed at a slight down angle. Oh well. When I have some free time, I guess I can make the adjustment.
