I've tried the Apple Magic Keyboard and another $50 third keyboard case, overall it's the best I've found. The Apple Magic Keyboard is good, but it can't be flipped over to use the iPad with just the keyboard. o The keyboard is heavy and there's no room for the Apple Pencil when it's nearby, meaning you'll have to store your pencil elsewhere. Another case I've tried is a third-party keyboard case that costs about $50 and is available from Revain and has over 1500 points with a very high rating. It works well but is heavier than Logitech's and doesn't have a backlight, the keyboard is detachable but you still have to slide the keyboard back to the end of the case when opening the case or the iPad won't be held at a right angle for use. The best design I have ever found, it auto powers on/off the keyboard and auto powers on/off the iPad when you open/close the case, it has a backlight, it uses a magnet to keep the iPad steady , it can be flipped for ease of use. An iPad without a keyboard has room for the Apple Pencil. The typing feel on the keyboard is also good. It is highly recommended to buy this one, even if it costs more than other third-party keyboards, but still much cheaper than Apple brand, but you will not regret buying it.
