The program is very user friendly; it's easy enough that even non technical people can use without any problems at all! I am able to track my members in real time with this system as well as being notified of activity via text messages or emails if needed (which helps keep me informed). If you're looking something simple but effective - look no further than EGS!! It won't break your bank either so there are NO RISKS involved here :) Tracking clients progress has never been easier thanks again egs. Nothing really other then we have found more efficiency by using our own mobile app vs having staff do paper charts manually which was costing us money too much already before switching over completely from pen & pencils.
