I have used this product for many years and love it. When I removed the lid this time, I was surprised that the contents were runny and not creamy. Perhaps it was exposed to excessive heat during transport and "broken". I put it in the fridge but it didn't harden much. I use it by dipping my finger in the liquid and rubbing it over my arms and then my hair. Because it's liquid, it doesn't add bulk like a cream. Live with it!
