I have used this product for many years and love it. When I removed the lid this time, I was surprised that the contents were runny and not creamy. Perhaps it was exposed to excessive heat during transport and "broken". I put it in the fridge but it didn't harden much. I opened this and found the color and texture is wrong. I went to a few local beauty shops and compared them and they were all more orange with a movie about them. This one is light peachy in color and doesn't turn into oil like the others when rubbed between fingers. I am so disappointed. i will return it It also feels different in my hair. Makes hair stiff.

I really like this oil. I no longer use it (after 15 years of use) because my hairstylist told me my scalp didn't need it and I've believed it for the past 15 years or more. The texture of my hair has completely changed, brittleness has increased.
