It was difficult to assemble it myself, when assembling it seemed very unstable when sitting, like leaning forward strongly, it would break or let me fall. The seat cushion is very hard and the bars on the sides of the cushion dig into my thighs. The lumbar support was fine, but after sitting in it for a week at work, I sort of pinched a nerve in my spine or something, having to be careful not to move too much because of the aforementioned stability. As a result, I bought another brand (Respawn) which is much more practical and easier to assemble.
