My only issue is that one side slows the carriage down significantly under tension. I have to loosen the tension knob more than I would like, the carriage just seems slippery at this point just to keep that slowdown from showing on the video. It could just be a design issue. It's also very well built, lightweight and attaches well. I recommend using two tripods for this length. At both ends it tends to wobble a bit at a base point. Delivery was on time. It comes with a nylon carrying case. The packaging consisted of a thin cardboard box and a piece of styrofoam on top of a fastening screw, no other product protection was provided. I was surprised as the shafts are graphite.
