Nice software that really helped improve customer satisfaction

The best part about this product is its ease in use as well as flexibility when it comes to using different platforms for our customers. It's also very easy to manage your team members' attendance list since all information regarding their status can be found right from one dashboard which makes things easier than ever! I dislike everything else because i did not have any issues while using Bright Talk so far but then again there might me some minor bugs here nthere. But overall my experience has been great thus far. Great platform if you're looking into communication solutions with an online community. This helps us reach out to many people over such short span of time without spending much money.
