So even with the video instructions I still managed to screw up the instillation. However, I ended up just installing it "with my free hand" and it still worked fine (and I have extra screen protectors in case I need to install a new one). side to have a small chance to hook things. But that's more because I installed it poorly. If I did it right, it would probably be fine. Also with my phone case I think it will be ok as the rim of the case protects the screen protector from snagging on anything. But most importantly, the fingerprint scanner still works even if I messed up the install! I didn't have to change fingerprints, rescan or anything like that. Even after messing up the install (again, my fault, not the product), it worked great the first time. Much better than other screen protectors that say they still work but they don't. And the rear camera screen protector is very easy to apply and still works great. So my advice: buy it, it's a great price. But be sure to carry 2 or 3 packs so you have at least one extra screen protector in case you mess up the setup (like me).
