You'll break them. Calibrate the press and chuck to the perfect right angle and you'll still break them. My trick is to get rid of the break and use the last 1/4 of the drill to drill a few hundred holes before the rest of the drill gets stuck in the PCB and has to be drilled with another drill, which inevitably breaks.
